What can SmartSearch be used for?

A small real estate firm operating multiple buildings needed to renegotiate utility contracts. To do so, they had to know the exact KWH consumption and cost per property per month.

That information was buried across hundreds of invoices — each one mixing electricity, water, and waste charges from the same supplier. Reading every invoice manually was the only option they had.

A construction company's remodelling project had thousands of files — design documents, environmental policies, meeting notes, signed agreements, and appendices.

Workers on site would hit questions mid-job. Had the customer approved solar panels? Which socket type was specified if they wanted panels? A project manager had to search manually while work stalled.
